Room only option is always available for guests on business visits or working short term in the area needing comfortable, welcoming, good value accommodation.
Business guests who need to breakfast before 7:30am can request a more basic self service breakfast to be laid ready in the dining room to help themselves at their convenience (selection of cereal, juice, toast, hot drinks)

Cancellations: Cancellations over 48 hours notice will not incur charges. Although we will endeavour to re-let rooms, cancellations under 48 hours that are unable to be re-let will be charged 25% of the total bill. Fly Fishing: £6.00 Hire of rod: £4.00.
Please note the Farmhouse is closed for the Christmas and New Year period. Dogs strictly by prior arrangement at owner’s discretion and at a small additional charge. |
